用户协议 Terms of Service

欢迎您使用北京乐水科技有限公司（以下简称「我们」）提供的产品与服务。本用户协议（以下简称「本协议」）是您与我们之间就使用我们的产品与服务所订立的协议。请您在使用前仔细阅读本协议，一旦您使用我们的产品与服务，即表示您已充分阅读、理解并同意接受本协议的全部条款。 Welcome to the products and services provided by Beijing Leshui Technology Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute the agreement between you and us regarding your use of our products and services. Please read these Terms carefully before use. By using our products and services, you acknowledge that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms.

一、协议的接受与变更 1. Acceptance and Changes to the Terms

我们有权根据业务调整或法律法规变化适时修订本协议，并通过产品内公告或其他适当方式通知您。若您在协议修订后继续使用我们的产品与服务，视为您接受修订后的协议；若您不同意修订内容，请停止使用。 We may revise these Terms from time to time based on business adjustments or changes in laws and regulations, and will notify you through in-product announcements or other appropriate means. If you continue to use our products and services after the revision, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms; if you do not agree with the revisions, please stop using them.

二、账号注册与管理 2. Account Registration and Management

• 您在注册时应提供真实、准确、完整的注册信息，并及时更新； You should provide true, accurate, and complete registration information and update it in a timely manner;
• 您应妥善保管账号及密码，因您主动泄露或保管不当造成的损失由您自行承担； You should properly safeguard your account and password. Losses caused by your voluntary disclosure or improper safekeeping shall be borne by you;
• 发现账号被他人未经授权使用时，应立即通知我们。 If you discover that your account is being used by others without authorization, you should notify us immediately.

三、用户行为规范 3. User Conduct

您在使用我们的产品与服务时，应遵守中华人民共和国相关法律法规，不得利用我们的产品与服务从事以下行为： When using our products and services, you should comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China and must not use our products and services to:

• 发布、传播违反法律法规或公序良俗的内容； Publish or distribute content that violates laws, regulations, or public order and good morals;
• 侵犯他人知识产权、肖像权、隐私权等合法权益； Infringe upon the intellectual property rights, portrait rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of others;
• 对产品进行反向工程、恶意攻击或干扰其正常运行； Reverse engineer, maliciously attack, or interfere with the normal operation of the products;
• 以机器人、脚本等自动化方式批量注册或滥用服务资源。 Register in bulk or abuse service resources through automated means such as robots or scripts.

四、AI 生成内容的说明 4. AI-Generated Content

我们的产品包含 AI 视频与 AI 图片等生成式人工智能功能。您理解并同意： Our products include generative AI features such as AI video and AI image. You understand and agree that:

• AI 生成内容由人工智能模型自动产生，可能存在不准确或不完善之处； AI-generated content is automatically produced by AI models and may be inaccurate or imperfect;
• 您应对自己提交的素材拥有合法权利，并对生成内容的使用行为负责； You should have legal rights to the materials you submit and are responsible for how you use the generated content;
• 禁止利用 AI 生成功能制作虚假信息、侵权内容或其他违法内容。 It is prohibited to use AI generation features to create false information, infringing content, or other illegal content.

五、知识产权 5. Intellectual Property

我们的产品与服务中所包含的软件、界面设计、商标、标识等内容，其知识产权均归我们或相应权利人所有。未经我们书面许可，任何人不得复制、转载、传播或用于商业用途。您在使用服务过程中合法生成的内容，依法律法规享有相应权利。 The software, interface designs, trademarks, logos, and other content contained in our products and services are owned by us or the respective rights holders. No one may copy, reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. You enjoy corresponding rights to content legitimately generated during your use of the services in accordance with laws and regulations.

六、免责声明 6. Disclaimer

我们将尽力保障产品与服务的稳定运行，但因不可抗力、系统维护、网络故障等原因可能导致服务中断或数据延迟，对此我们不承担违约责任，但将尽合理努力减少对您造成的影响。在法律允许的最大范围内，我们对间接性、后果性损失不承担责任。 We will strive to ensure the stable operation of our products and services. However, service interruptions or data delays may occur due to force majeure, system maintenance, network failures, or other reasons, for which we bear no liability for breach of contract, though we will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on you. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

七、协议的终止 7. Termination

若您违反本协议约定，我们有权暂停或终止向您提供服务并注销您的账号。您也可随时停止使用我们的产品与服务并注销账号。协议终止后，我们将在法律要求的范围内处理您的个人信息。 If you violate these Terms, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services to you and delete your account. You may also stop using our products and services and delete your account at any time. After termination, we will handle your personal information as required by law.

八、法律适用与争议解决 8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

本协议的订立、履行与解释均适用中华人民共和国法律。因本协议产生的争议，双方应友好协商解决；协商不成的，任何一方均可向我们所在地有管辖权的人民法院提起诉讼。 The formation, performance, and interpretation of these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through friendly negotiation; if negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the people's court with jurisdiction over our location.
